I am Thai, I saw your photo and your " Rotundum_aceh ". It looks nice and helhty. Do you mind if you would sugguest me .. how you feed their.

I need to know,
what kind or soil and fertilizer do you used ??
How much the Sunshine or Water are useful to them ???
I have some in my house but not well.

dear NChalit,
Thank you for coming to our web site.
for this rotundum we didn't treat with special treatment. we just feed them by small number of water and fertilze with standard macro nutrients (N,P,K) plus small number of micro nutrient.
Because rotundum came from forest habitat at sumatera island, so we put our rotundum with other trees and make looks like forest. But feeding water required if soil already dry.
We used soil from fern root, chaff, and small number of organik (sorry to say : Goat's manure) and don't forget to make some additional hole at pot to make better drainage.
Sunshine we use 75% shade net wiht black colour. Regularly give them fungiside and bacterycide as well.

Beautiful plant! Do you know of any sources for seed of A rotundum or other species? Or any sources that are selling even plants of A rotundum? I have seen some nice hybrids available, but I also like species :)

A Rotundum is a species from Northern Sumatera island. Some aglao seller in Indonesia get this plant from North Sumatera. Directly from some forests or from local people.
